Please be sure to attach contact information (phone number/e-mail).  New clients, please fill out information sheet, located on top shelf of wooden rack, outside office door and include with paperwork.  We cannot guarantee drop offs will be completed before the deadline if received after April 1.  An extension may be required. Keep in mind an extension is an extension to file, not an extension to pay (an estimated payment is suggested).
